ASTM A790 Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipes

ASTM A790 requires the welding of duplex and super duplex steel pipes without the addition of any filler metal. It covers pipe diameters from 1/8″ (10.29 mm) to 30″ (762.0 mm) and wall thicknesses ranging from 1.24 mm to 12.7 mm. Larger diameter sizes are also available under ASTM A790, based on ANSI B36.10 for steel pipes.
